Firedove, “The Bomber of Peace”
is a project that builds the water bomber of the future. The project takes as its focus the theme of SURVIVAL, and investigates this through the realization of an aircraft — the C-88 Hydralift Heron, aka, “the Firedove” — by Conceptual Aircraft, Ltd.
Utilizing all media — sculpture, painting, Land art, drawing, and, most importantly, new myth creation — the Firedove project seeks to explore how motivated, affirmative action can be highjacked as antidote to pessimism, malaise, and the fear of imminent doom.
